At NailSavvy, we take pride in offering high-quality press-on nails designed to give you salon-perfect results every time. We want you to love every set you receive.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. However, if you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or notice a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Exchanges

We can only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue when you reach out.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue quickly.
